French broadband base grows

France had 18.675 million broadband internet subscribers at the end of June, of which 17.625 million took ADSL services, according to the latest figures released by telecom regulator ARCEP.

The total number of broadband subscribers was up 1.8% quarter-on-quarter, and 12% year-on-year. Unbundled subscribers numbered 5.5 million.
