RCS&RDS mulls capital hike

Romanian triple-play provider RCS&RDS is considering a capital increase of up to RON250m (€59m), according to local press.

Shareholders will debate the capital increase during a meeting to be held on September 17. If approved, the company will issue 2.078 billion shares with a face value of RON0.1 per share. The shares could be underwritten within a month.
