Akado adds new HD channels

Russian cable operator Akado has added two new HD channels to its line-up.

Cinema HD-2 will show recent international films, specialising in drama, melodrama and comedy. It is designed to complement existing sister channel Cinema HD-1, which specialises in action, thriller, detective and horror movies.

Akado has also added Teleputeshestviya HD, which shows travel and wildlife programmes, to its line-up. Both channels will be included in Akado’s HD package.
