Sky Deutschland registers name

German pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland has officially registered its new name with the Commercial Register in Munich.

Last month shareholders approved the resolution on changing the company name from Premiere to Sky Deutschland, with 99.8% of the share capital present. Sky Deutschland’s shares will soon be quoted and traded with existing shares being automatically renamed.
