Irish cable operator Chorus NTL is set to launch a video-on-demand service next year. This comes weeks after it announced plans to launch a high definition service.
The Liberty Global-owned operator will launch the service in the second half of 2010. It will include a 30-day catch-up service and a premium movie download service.
The operator has also announced plans to launch a new high-speed broadband service following 100m of new investment into its network.Â
