Polish cable operator Vectra has launched triple-play services in the city of Ostrowca ÅwiÄtokrzyski in south-eastern Poland.
To promote the service, residents who sign up for services before August 21 will not need to pay anything until the end of September, Vectra said.
Vectra has about 740,000 customers across 155 towns and cities in Poland, including 220,000 digital TV and 225,000 internet subscribers.
