ADB supplies DTT set-top for Spanish pay-TV services

ADB has announced that it will deliver its ADB-1100T DTT set-top box to Ikusi for the launch of Spain’s first DTT pay-TV service.

The product supports interactive applications via embedded MHP middleware. It also includes a parental control application, a multi-language on-screen display and a seven-day electronic programme guide. According to research, DTT penetration in Spain has reached over 60% of TV households and covers 95% of the population. Pay-DTT services are planned to launch this August.
