Virgin Media turns to SamKnows for broadband monitoring

UK cable operator Virgin Media has appointed broadband performance measurement specialist SamKnows to conduct an independent trial to measure the performance its broadband customers receive over 12 months.

Virgin Media said it intends to use the results to help develop its next-generation broadband service.

SamKnows is regulator Ofcom’s appointed technical partner for broadband performance testing.
