PrimeTel launches interactive advertising

Cypriot IPTV operator PrimeTel has launched interactive advertising on its platform.

The service allows interactive advertising to be integrated into the user interface on the platform. Viewers can use their remote controls to watch relevant longer-form clips, locate retail outlets and book appointments.

PrimeTel deploys its middleware, developed by its in-house research and development department in collaboration with Thunderworx. The company plans to showcase its service at this year’s IBC.
