ESPN and Canal Plus team for X Games

ESPN has teamed up with Canal Plus Events and Tignes Ski & Snowboard Resort in the Rhône-Alpes region of France to launch the first Winter X Games Europe next March.

The event, the first Winter X Games held outside the US, will include a range of winter sports. Canal Plus, Canal Plus Sport and Sport Plus will cover the events in French-speaking territories, while ESPN will be responsible for distribution in other parts of the world.
