Twofour hires Opie as consultant

Online TV specialist Twofour has hired former Five and Flextech Television executive Lisa Opie as an external consultant to lead the growth of its Mediafreedom online broadcasting platform.

Opie, formerly managing director of content at UK commercial broadcaster Five, will advise on strategy to expand the platform, which provides software to enable broadcasters to build new channels online, notably in the Microsoft Silverlight environment.
