UPC Romania provides WiFi option

Cable operator UPC Romania has begun offering wireless solutions as part of its internet offer.

For RON8 (€1.90) a month excluding VAT, internet customers will receive a Cisco EPC2425 802.11g wireless router with four Ethernet ports, which will enable them to connect all computers and laptops, as well as other devices, in the home.

UPC Romania currently has about 250,000 internet subscribers.
