French media regulator the CSA has said it will take action against channel NRJ12 for failing to fulfil its obligation to meet European and French-originated content requirements. The move follows an examination of the channels transmissions in 2008.
Separately, the CSA has begun two public consultations on the deployment of new audiovisual services on digital-terrestrial TV and radio the use of the two digital-terrestrial TV frequencies vacated by pay-TV channels AB1 and Canal J.Â
