Hulu, the online video service jointly operated by NBC Universal, Fox and Disney, has moved a step closer to launching in Europe after the European Commission cleared it from competition concerns.
Hulu has been looking to launch in the UK and other European countries for a number of months and this move makes it much more likely that the three studios will launch a service later this year.
