The chief financial officer of pan-European broadcaster CME Wallace Macmillan has resigned and will leave the company on July 1.
Macmillan, who has been CFO since 2003, is leaving CME for family reasons. Charles R Frank Jr has been named interim CFO. He has served as an independent director of CME since 2001.
