BT signs up to Open IPTV Forum

UK telco BT is one of four new members of the Open IPTV Forum, the organisation set up to develop open specifications for IPTV systems.

Other new members of the forum are consumer premises equipment providers Pirelli Broadband Solutions and Netgem, and Taiwan-based research organisation ITRI.
