M6 to sue Duroux

French broadcaster M6 is set to take Axel Duroux, the new general director of rival TF1, to court, according to financial daily Les Echos.

Duroux is a member of M6’s supervisory board and the broadcaster claims he has access to sensitive and strategic information. It said occupying both positions is not appropriate and as a result would be launching legal proceedings.
