BT Vision boss Marks steps down

Dan Marks has stepped down as chief executive of British IPTV service BT Vision, marking a blow for the nascent pay TV operator.

Marks, who has been with the telco since 2005, has left to explore other media opportunities and focus on personal interests, helped build the service, which has about 500,000 subscribers. He will be replaced in the short term by Marc Watson, who is currently the company’s content and business development director, before BT installs a permanent replacement.
