Raven expands by acquisition

UK-based satellite equipment supplier Raven’s owner, Satellite Holdings LLC, has acquired the DTH, VSAT and RF business units of ASC Signal Corporation and has also taken over 100% control of Germany-based Skyware Radio Systems.

Satellite Holdings, a partnership between private investment firms Edgewater Group and Granahan McCourt Capital, acquired Rven in January. The group said the new acquisitions will create a global supplier of outdoor satellite antenna units.
