Virgin Media to premier JPod on VOD service

Cable operator Virgin Media is to premier Canadian comedy drama JPod in the UK on its video-on-demand platform in HD.

Virgin Media will make all 13 episodes of the series, adapted from the Douglas Coupland novel and distributed in the UK by Fireworks International, on its TV Choice service for two months from June 1, with the first four episodes also available on Virgin Central, its free on-demand channel, throughout June.
