Volia launches low-cost web hosting

Ukrainian cable operator Volia has launched a new low-cost web-hosting service aimed at small and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organisations.

Volia is offering the service, with technical support, from UAH199 (€19) a month. The company is also offering service-level agreements to customers, which it says is a first in the Ukrainian market.
