German cable operator Unitymedia has announced the successful upgrade of its network in Warendorf and Sassenberg.
Households in the areas now have access to telephony, broadband and TV services via cable. As part of the modernisation work, Dutch channel TV Ned 2 and DMAX have been added to the channel line-up.
Seperately, Unitymedia has announced plans to add Discovery Channel and Animal Planet to its digital TVÂ lineup from July 1. Both channels will join TNT Serie, FOX and History and other documentary, kids and music channels in the new Plus package.
