Comstar-UTS-owned triple-play service provider Stream-TV has launched broadband internet services in the new town of Mirny, built around the Plesetsk Cosmodrome near Archangelsk in northern Russia.
Stream-TV has deployed a fibre-to-the-building network in Mirny, delivering broadband speeds of up to 10Mbps to 9,000 households.
