Vivendi decides against Digital Plus bid

French media group Vivendi has decided against submitting an offer for Prisa-owned pay-TV platform Digital Plus.

Spanish daily Expansion, quoting Vivendi’s CEO Jean-Bernard Levy, said the company would only renew its interest in the operator if it became economically and strategically viable.
