Comstar-UTS names government relations chief

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has named Arseny Brykin as director, government relations.

The post was created last year to improve the efficiency of Comstar’s interaction with state, Federal and regional executives, the State Duma and industry associations.
Brykin was previously assistant deputy minister of industry and energy of the Russian Federation.
