Irish public broadcaster RTE has launched an online video catch-up service that will allow viewers to watch programmes for up to 21 days after their TV launch.
The service will initially launch with 200 hours of programming, mainly RTE produced series. The broadcaster, which is selling 15 second pre-roll advertising spots before shows, also hopes to roll the service out internationally so that Irish audiences around the world can catch up with RTE series.
