Boxer DTT, the company that won a contract to provide Irelands pay-DTT service has missed a deadline set by the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) to confirm when it will launch the service, according to a report in The Times newspaper.
The future of the country’s pay-DTT service could be in doubt after Boxer DTT failed to confirm a timescale for its proposed Â165m investment in the digital service to the BCI by close of business on Friday.
