ATX Networks appoints former Imagine boss as CEO

ATX Networks has appointed former Imagine Communications president and CEO, Charlie Vogt, as its new president and chief executive officer.

Vogt succeeds Ken Wildgoose, who led the network infrastructure and video solutions company for the last 18 years.

Wildgoose will remain with ATX as an advisor and continue to serve on the board of directors.

“The cable, satellite and telecommunications industries are undergoing transformative change as the world embraces new advanced technologies to deliver services cheaper, faster and better than before,” said Vogt.
