Alchemiya taps Ostmodern for Amazon Prime offering

Alchemiya, an international SVOD service dedicated to Muslim content, has tapped Ostmodern to help launch its service as part of Amazon Prime’s US channels lineup.

Alchemiya is available as part of Amazon’s more than 70-strong channel offering

in the US and was built using technology partner Ostmodern’s Skylark API.

While the channel joined the likes of HBO, Starz, and Comedy Central on Amazon’s platform in December, Ostmodern only today revealed its involvement in developing Alchemiya from an exclusively web-based streaming service to an Amazon partner channel.

The service celebrating arts, culture, history, music, fashion, food, and travel from across the Muslim world.
