ProSiebenSat.1 pay TV channels to disappear from Sky

German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 is pulling its three pay TV channels from the Sky platform after failing the pair failed to strike a satisfactory agreement.

Kabel Eins Classics, Sat.1 Emotions and ProSieben Fun will disappear from Sky’s channel listings in a few weeks.

As reported by local press, the pair attributed the move to them taking different strategic directions.

From July, the three channels will only be available via Deutsche Telekom’s Entertain platform and via the offerings of cable operator Unitymedia and city carrier NetCologne.
