Liberty Global-owned cable operator UPC Czech Republic has made its Horizon Go mobile TV service available to users with internet subscriptions but no pay TV contract for the first time.

Horizon Go in the Czech Republic offers access to the My Prime video-on-demand service and 24 TV channels.

Horizon Go with My Prime is available on up to three devices simultaneously, while HBO Go is available on two devices.

UPC Czech Republic marketing director Jan Kohout said that the new services were targeted at the growing number of customers that did not own a TV.
