Saffron Digital and Verimatrix partner on OTT security

Video platform provider Saffron Digital has partnered with security specialist Verimatrix to offer “advanced revenue security and monetisation tools” to broadcasters and operators.

The new partnership will enhance Saffron Digital’s premium OTT platform, MainStage, by combining it with Verimatrix’s revenue security solution, VCAS for Internet TV.

“Today’s pay TV operators and broadcasters expect enhanced content security across all IP connected devices with access to both live and on-demand content. We have teamed up with Verimatrix to enable our mutual customers to deliver on that promise in a seamless and cost-effective manner that drives increased engagement and service revenue,” said Malachi Bierstein, senior vice-president sales and marketing for Saffron Digital.
