Global Invacom to join the London Stock Exchange

Satellite industry technology manufacturer, Global Invacom, has announced plans to join the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, saying it will seek to raise up to US$10 million by placing new shares.

Global Invacom’s is incorporated in Singapore and its shares already trade on the Singapore Stock Exchange following a recent reverse takeover of Radiance Group.

However, the firm, which provides satellite communications technology to BSkyB, Dish and EchoStar, said it sees a major opportunity to start consolidating the global satellite communications market place and intends to use cash for acquisitions.

It also said it is experiencing increasing demand for its products from both its existing and new customers.

Global Invacom designs, develops and manufactures satellite communications solutions including satellite dishes, low noise block, satellite TV, cable peripherals and precision waveguide solutions. It also manufactures electronic solutions including circuit boards for use in set-top boxes and point of sales.
