Sky Deutschland selects Inside Secure for Snap security

Security solutions firm Inside Secure has been selected by Sky Deutschland to secure the latter’s Snap OTT service.

Sky Deutschland licensed Inside Secure’s downloadable DRM Fusion Agent software, which has been embedded into Sky’s Snap apps for Android and iOS devices.

“Inside Secure’s DRM Fusion Agent greatly contributes towards securing digital content deals for pay-TV providers. It supports Snap’s operation as a successful platform, enabling us to bring an extensive content catalogue to our existing customers and, more importantly, to a whole new audience,” said Euan Smith, executive vice president, product and operations at Sky Deutschland.
