MTS names new Volga region chief

Russian service provider MTS has named Mikhail Chernyshev as director of Volga region branch.

Chernyshev will take charge of MTS’s activities an area covering the cities of Nizhny Novgorod , Kirov , Samara, Saratov, Penza , Ulyanovsk and Orenburg as well as the republics of Bashkortostan, Mordovia , Mari El, Tatarstan, Udmurtia and Chuvashia.

Chernyshev previously headed MTS’s activities the Republic of Buryatia, Amur Oblast , the Jewish Autonomous District , Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and Khabarovsk Territory He  succeeds Andrey Revkov, who has taken up a position with Envision Group.
