M7 Group consolidates pay TV ownership

Luxembourg-based pay TV operator M7 Group has consolidated its M77 Group sister company, bringing the pair’s Belgian, Dutch, Austrian and Czech operations under a single ownership structure.

The merger creates a single ownership structure for pay TV operations CanalDigitaal in the Netherlands, TV Vlaanderen and TéléSat in Belgium, Austria’s AustriaSAT, and Skylink and CS Link in the Czech Republic.
