Mid Europa appoints new CFO

Private-equity investor Mid Europa Partners has appointed Manish Mittal as chief financial officer.

Mittal was previously finance director at international growth equity investor Kennet Partners.

Thierry Baudon, managing partner of Mid Europa said: “We are delighted to welcome Manish to the Mid Europa senior team.  He brings with him significant private equity experience, having worked in the industry for over 12 years, and will further strengthen the Mid Europa franchise”

Mid Europa holds stakes in various central and eastern European pay TV operators.
