Sony Pictures updates EMEA TV management structure

Sony Pictures Television Networks has launched a new management structure across Europe and has promoted two of its key executives.

The international channels arm of the Hollywood studio has promoted Kate Marsh to senior vice-president, western Europe, where she will add Iberia, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and France to her existing remit covering the UK and Italy.

Meanwhile, Lyle Stewart has been promoted to senior vice president, central and eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMA), adding central Europe, Turkey, Greece and the Middle East to his existing territories, which include Germany, Russia, the Baltics and Africa. The changes are effective immediately.

“Following a significant period of expansion in EMEA, it is clear that to accomplish the next stage of our growth it is time to look at the region in two parts. Kate and Lyle’s contributions to SPT Networks over the years have been significant, making them the right fit to lead these territories into the future,” said Andy Kaplan, president, SPT Networks.
