Bouygues acquires DartyBox

Bouygues Telecom has acquired consumer electronics retail group Darty’s telecom activities.

Bouygues will offer Darty’s DartyBox product, which includes IPTV and broadband access, to new Bouygues subscriber as well as Darty’s existing base of 300,000 fixed line customers.

Darty also has a mobile customer base of 40,000.
