Unitymedia promotes Polish package

German cable operator Unitymedia is making four Polish channels available free of charge for two weeks, coinciding with its sponsorship of the Polish Gwiazd festival in Essen.

News channel itvn from TVN, TVP Info, TV Polonia (TVP’s international channel) and TV Silesia will be available free of charge. The Silesian cannel was added to Unitmedia’s line up on October 5. After the two-week free promotion, the channels will be available for €6 a month.

Separately, Unitymedia has launched its Fiber Power service, offering internet speeds of up to 128Mbps, in Giessen and the surrounding area in west-central Hesse.
