Scaglia resigns from Fastweb board

Italian broadband service provider Fastweb has announced that Silvio Scaglia has resigned from its board of directors, where has served as a non-executive director.

Scaglia, the billionaire co-founder of the company, which is now majority-owned by Swisscom, is currently under investigation by the Italian authorities for alleged tax fraud and money laundering.
