Mid Europa Partners completes Invitel tender

Investment group Mid Europa Partners has now completed its tender offer for the outstanding shares in Hungarian broadband provider Invitel, which it recently acquired from Danish telco TDC.

As a result of the offer, Mid Europa will own about 91.8% of Invitel shares. The company said it intended to acquire the remaining shares in a compulsory purchase under Danish law.
