Zon names ad sales arm chief

Portuguese pay-TV provider Zon Multimédia has named Miguel Raposo Magalhães as commercial director of Zon Conteúdos, the unit responsible for ad sales and relations with agencies and advertisers.

Zon Conteúdos sells advertising for a number of local and international pay-TV channels in Portugal, including Sport TV, AXN, Fox, Fox Live, Panda, TVI24, MTV and Hollywood, as well as Zon’s 213-strong cinema chain Zon Lusomundo. Raposo Magalhães previously worked for outdoor advertising group JCDecaux.
