Comstar-UTS names corporate governance chief

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has named Nikolai Naumovich as vice-president for corporate governance and legal affairs.

Naumovich, who replaces Cyril Andreichenko, will focus on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, managing the company’s property assets and overseeing all legal matters. He was previously director of the department of legal affairs at Comstar.
