TV to account for 10% of PT’s revenues

TV services will account for 10% of Portugal Telecom’s revenues by 2015, according to local reports quoting CEO Zeinal Bava.

Earlier this week, the Portuguese government said it would veto Portugal Telecom’s acquisition of a 30% stake in Media Capital, which owns the country’s leading broadcaster TVI. However, Bava said the company would consider an alternative to this acquisition in the TV sector.
